Master Gardeners Series

PROPAGATION: DIVIDE, CUT OR LAYER

  • Introduction: information on vegetable propagation for the home gardener. This program will also cover ways of dividing, cutting and layering to create new plants.
Start planning your spring garden now with the Library Garden Series presented by the  NC State Extension's Dare County Master Gardeners at the Dare County Library in Kill Devil Hills, and at the Fessenden Center in Buxton. 

Presentations will last approximately one hour, and people can choose to attend one or all of the programs that are of interest to them.   For 2017, we hope you will join us for some of our most popular topics from years past, as well as several brand new programs.

Propagation: Divide, Cut or Layer will present information on vegetable propagation for the home gardener.  This program will also cover methods of dividing, cutting and layering to create new plants.    Join us for Propagation: Divide, Cut or Layer on Wednesday, February 15 at the Kill Devil Hills Library at 11:00 a.m.

All presentations are courtesy of the NC State Extension's Dare County Master Gardeners Speaker’s Bureau, and are made possible in part by a grant from the Outer Banks Community Foundation.  All programs are free and open to the public, and reservations are not required.
