Nutrition Workshop- Food & Fitness Logs

Keep your health and fitness goals on track by joining us at the Fessenden Center for a nutrition based workshop on keeping a Food Journal. This enables you to keep up with how the food you consume compares to recommended daily caloric values as well as how well your daily exercise routine burns the calories you are consuming. The workshop will cost $5.00 to cover the cost of supplies. You will receive a Food and Fitness Log Binder to keep track of what you learned in the workshop.  Please sign up for the class in the Fessenden Center Lobby.  Call April Bodiford at (252) 475-5647 with any questions.
