Balanced Bites- Brunch

March is National Nutrition Month! Come join us for one or both of our two workshops called Balanced Bites. It will be a hands on cooking class offering tips on nutrition, hands on cooking, and the chance to eat what we make. The focus for March 7th will be a healthy brunch and the March 21st class will be focused on a healthy lunch. The classes will be $5.00 per class, per person, to cover the cost of supplies. You will be able to try the foods and take home the recipes.
