The one-stop no excuse absentee process permits all registered voters to appear in person at one of the three locations beginning the third Thursday before an election but no later than 1:00 PM on the Saturday at the Election Office before the Election.

The voter will be allowed to apply and vote at the Board of Elections office or other designated and approved one-stop voting sites.
