Click on the division for forms - Hatteras Island - Roanoke Island / Mainland - Northern Beach The Dare County Dance Department is under the direction of Lisa Cudworth. The program has grown from 60 dancers county-wide in 1985 to over 250 participants and a staff of three instructors. Dance classes for ages three and up are offered in Manteo, Kill Devil Hills and Buxton. Classes are taught in ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, lyrical, modern and pointe with individual student instruction dependent on age and level of accomplishment. Registrations are now being accepted for the 2008-2009 season. You may register at any recreation office or call Lisa Cudworth at 475-5609 for more information.
