Kitty Hawk Police Department is advising all motorists US 158 is now open for vehicular traffic. One northbound lane and one southbound lane has been opened to all motorists. Motorists should proceed with caution when entering the area. *The areas and roadways east of US 158 still remain closed to vehicular traffic while emergency crews remove debris.
