Over-view of Construction Permits
- The following construction permits require one
Health Permit number from the Improvement & Wastewater
permit.
- Residential
- Fee is based on $.55 per sq ft of
heated living space, plus $.15 per sq ft of
non-living space. Remodel fee is $10.00 per
$1,000.00 of the estimated cost; or a minimum fee of
$100.00.

Commercial - Fee is based on $.75 per sq
ft of heated space, plus $.25 per sq ft of
non-heated space

Mobile Home - Fee is based on $.10 per sq
ft of heated living space, plus $.15 per sq ft of
non-living space over 200 sq ft;
- Permits for a
Dock, Bulkhead, or Dune-Walk require a CAMA permit. A Health permit is not required. *If
construction is on a pond, a CAMA permit is
