Duties include the planting of grass and flowers and the overall landscaping of County property in a way that prevents soil erosion and enhances the appearance and value of public facilities. The beautification of county property is a welcome addition to the service of preventing soil erosion and the maintenance of the grounds provided by the staff of this department.
