30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) performed at intervals of 20 seconds maximum effort and 10 seconds rest consisting of cardio drills, weights, and core work. This class is a great and time efficient way to get a workout in. Appropriate for any age or fitness level. $3/class & $15/ month, tennis shoes required.
