LegalAid-Health Care Power Of Attorney and Living Will

Health Care Power of Attorney & Living Wills clinic teaches participants how to complete a Health Care Power of Attorney and/or Living Will document on their own. Participants receive the necessary legal forms, they watch an instructional video, and then they can ask general questions to a volunteer attorney through the webinar. Specific legal advice for individual cases is not provided at these clinics.

Do-It-Yourself clinics hosted by Legal Aid of North Carolina Clinics are being held at the DCC. Clinics are open to the public but you must register by calling 866-219-5262 or online at 

* Please note that all of the clinics are held on site at the Dare County Center but are given via Webinar through Legal Aid Services. And a friendly reminder that preregistration is required*
