At this time, access to the Dare County Board of Elections office is restricted to staff only but remains open for contact by phone, email or fax.

Soil & Water Conservation Office Supervisor filing will be held at noon on Monday,  June 8 and conclude at noon on Thursday,  July 2, 2020.


One Stop Early Voting - Southern Shores

Dare County residents may vote early for the November 13, 2016 General Election at the the Pitts Center in Southern Shores from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. 

One-stop absentee voting (in-person absentee voting, or early voting) allows registered voters to go in person to their county board of elections office (or an alternative location) to vote an absentee ballot.
