Tabata Bootcamp **CANCELED**

30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) performed at intervals of 20 seconds maximum effort and 10 seconds rest, along with other timed intervals, consisting of cardio drills, weights, and core work. This class is a great and time efficient way to get a workout in. This is the 8 Week Tabata Bootcamp series combining weekly Tabata classes with online support. You must sign up for the online component in advance, but the online component is not required to attend classes. Appropriate for any age or fitness level. $3/class & $15/ month, tennis shoes required.
