COMMUNITY DISPLAY CASE THIS MONTH

In the community display case at the Manteo Library:

OBX Animal Rescue Funding project (OBX ARF). OBX ARF raises money to help families pay vet expenses and keep their pets, sponsor spay and neuter legislation, and promote rescue and adoption. OBX ARF also created a calendar as well to raise funds.
