NEW THIS MONTH AT THE MANTEO LIBRARY

During February, check out our display of books called "Check Out What You've Been Missing". This display features books that are exclusively held at libraries located in the East Albemarle Regional Library system other than the Manteo Library. But you are in luck because you can place a hold request on any book owned by any of the East Albemarle Regional Libraries and it will be sent free to the Manteo Library as soon as it becomes available. You will then be notified by email or phone when it is at the Manteo Library available for pick up. Contact library staff to learn how you can place a request using the Online Catalog www.earlibrary.org by entering your library card number and PIN.

Also, during January and February, we are highlighting some of our digital products and eResources such as Cloud Library eBooks and eAudiobooks, TumbleBookLibrary eBooks for Children, RB Digital (formerly Zinio) digital magazines and Universal Class with free online non-credit continuing education courses for your professional and personal growth.  All of these resources are free with your Dare County Library card.  For more information, please stop by our libraries in January, or visit our website at darenc.com/virtuallibrary
