Bills are due upon receipt and are past due on the date indicated on the bill. If not paid by the due date, a 10% penalty will be added. If not paid by the Final Bill date, water service will be discontinued, and a reconnection fee of $50.00 will be charged.
The Owner's name appears on the bill and the Owner is responsible for payment of all bills incurred in the connection with the service furnished. The Owner shall pay all deposits.
If you believe your bill to be in error, present your claim to one of our Water Department offices prior to the due date.
The US Postal Service will deliver all bills, and failure to receive a bill is not an excuse for non-payment. Payment must be received in one of our offices by 5:00 PM on the due date to avoid penalties.
